Step 1: Free Initial Consult
We talk through what you’re looking for and what you’re solving for. There’s no obligation to work with me here, I want to understand your situation and make sure I'm the right fit before we go any further. If I'm not, I'll tell you.
Step 2: Quote
If there's a fit, I put together a clear proposal and quote including what the work involves, what you'll end up with, how long it'll take and what it costs. We only revise the quote if the scope of the work expands, so you know what to expect upfront.
Step 3: Draft
I review what already exists, including documents, or just have a conversation with you to figure out how things get done. From there, I draft the resource itself for you to review.
Step 4: Review & Finalise
You review the draft and we refine it until it's accurate and ready to use. Once it’s done, its yours forever.
