About Me.

I love learning. I always have. And I've spent my career trying to make learning easier for the people around me, whether that's a new hotel team member trying to find their feet, a frontline worker navigating a compliance requirement, or a growing business trying to get everyone on the same page.

What I noticed, working inside luxury hotels in Australia & Canada was that the ones that got it right had a few things in common: their people knew exactly what to do, why it mattered, and how it connected to the guest experience. Processes were clear, training was intentional, communication was consistent and nothing was left to chance.

When I moved out of hotels and into smaller, faster-growing businesses, I saw immediately what was missing: foundations and clarity. Processes lived in people's heads, onboarding was inconsistent and training was a one-off event that nobody followed up on. And change management? Non existant.

I work with businesses across Australia and globally. I'm most useful to service-led businesses that are growing, scaling or going through change — and I'm particularly drawn to the ones where the vision is clear but the foundations haven't caught up yet.
